About Leave2Give
Leave2Give Pty Ltd ("Leave2Give", "we", "our", or "us") provides a platform that facilitates the voluntary donation of accrued annual leave entitlements and related charitable giving initiatives between employees, employers, payroll providers, and approved charities.

Eligibility
By using this website or our services, you confirm that:

- Relies on accurate information supplied by employers, payroll providers, employees, and charity partners
Employers remain solely responsible for complying with all applicable workplace, payroll, taxation, superannuation, and employment laws when participating in the Leave2Give program.
Charitable donations
Donations processed through Leave2Give are directed to approved charitable organisations selected by participating users or employers. Leave2Give:
- Does not guarantee the tax deductibility of any donation — users should seek independent advice regarding their specific circumstances
- Does not guarantee the outcomes, impact, or specific use of donated funds by recipient charities
- May charge agreed administration or processing fees where these have been disclosed in advance
All participating charities are required to hold Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) status or equivalent registration where applicable. We encourage users to verify charity registration through the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC).
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) or any other applicable legislation.
Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to either:
